And that was supposed to be Lily's one-off cute puppy scene. As a result, Lily's puppy content is now more involved than I planned Khulan's entire content to be, which a) eats into Khulan's time and b) makes me feel bad for Khulan and want to write more for her too when I get the chance/inspiration. And then I thought having every arc be a rule-of-three of escalating scenes was maybe getting predictable and decided to add some complicating factors. However, after I finished writing it, I thought of a follow-up.
